Camp Craft Cocktails: Beekeeper
INGREDIENTS: LEMON, BEET, CALENDULA PETALS, CITRUS INFUSED NONGMO VEGAN SUGAR.
INFUSE WITH: Vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, bourbon & tequila.
Fill with 12 ounces of alcohol, refrigerate 3 days, and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails. Infuse a 2nd round to double the value. Shelf life: 1 year.
Mix it hot: add 1.5 oz. strained shot to a cup of hot tea.
Mix it cold: Add to an ice filled cocktail shaker 1.5 oz. of strained Beekeeper, 3/4 oz. orange liqueur, 1.5 oz. of pomegranate juice. Shake for 15 seconds and pour into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Zero Proof: Fill the jar with hot water and allow to cool. Add a 1.5 oz. strained shot to a glass of iced bubbly water. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon.
