IN-STORE

Non-plant purchases can be exchanged for store credit or a new item within 14 days if in mint condition.  

All plants are final sale.

All sale items are final sale.

 

ONLINE

We offer store credit or exchange for any items (excluding sale items, hair accessories, original artwork, books or magazines) that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs.

For exchanges, you MUST get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at hello@greenwood-shop.com with your order number and the nature of the problem.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt or 30 days if received as a gift.

Items shipped to Greenwood Shop without a prior approval will not be accepted.

Items received more than 14 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no exchange or store credit will be given. We cannot he held responsible for shipping delays on the carrier’s part. 

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and in their original packaging. No exchanges or store credit can be given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sale.

Sorry, we don’t accept exchanges or returns on gift cards, hair accessories, or original artwork.

Shipping is non-refundable!

Once you get an approval for a return, you can send it back to the below address with a note explaining why you are returning the item:
